Nothing looks like it will cause any problems. Looks there are some new utilities that would probably be good to use even. Some of the SDL stuff would be good to setup (though I want to investigate more exactly what it does).

@michaelgsharp please have a look at this. I just triggered a darc update of arcade. I would like to have the product in a state where we regularly take Arcade updates in order to get infrastructure fixes. Can you please have a look at this and make sure it doesn't undo any manual changes you have made?
